finding connection

Finding Connection

Feeling safe is the single most important aspect of mental health and safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.  After going through a trauma such as a profound loss, many people find it difficult to connect with others.  One of the ways to feel safest and most seen and heard is through connecting with others who’ve gone through a shared experience.

For that reason, I’m challenging you to Dare Greatly over the next three months. Throughout this course you’ll receive a lot of content – things to think about, tips, and tools.  And creating your own “tribe” of  one or a few safe people is critical.  I worked hard to create a safe space for you to let your guard down through the Facebook group where you can share with one another, to create connection and support.

Watch a short video here for more on creating connections.

In the Facebook group please introduce yourself to the group and share what you are looking forward to most and/or something you’re afraid of going into this course.
