Coping with Tragedy

Coping with loss is a complex experience. Oftentimes we call on coping mechanisms we’ve used in the past and when those don’t always work we search for new, more effective ones. Through this exercise you’ll see and begin to understand the ways you’ve coped or not coped with your loss.  You’ll also evaluate which have worked and which haven’t.

I urge you to accept all you unearth without judgment recognizing, even if it doesn’t make sense, you did the very best you could to stay alive. You can download the exercise here.

Feel free to brag a little and let the Facebook group in on a way you’ve coped that you’re proud of 🙂 And check out this video.
