The last few days may have brought up things you regret. Now you get to look at the things holding you back from living in the moment and enjoying life.

We’ve spent the last few weeks honoring your past and all its complexity.  With this exercise we’re shifting into being present.  Part of being present in each moment is clearing out those old items you’ve discovered that no longer serve you and forgiving yourself for things you’ve held onto.  Watch a short video here.
