There are times when the past comes careening into your present and it isn’t always when it’s most convenient. It is important to live in the moment and be present for all the things going on in daily life. And in that, even though your loved one’s life is in the past, your pain, grief and good memories are very much part of your present. It’s still critical you feel the feelings and honor your emotions even when your grief and good times can sometimes be out of sync with each other. It can crop up in the middle of work or dealing with children. So this project will create a safe and structured way to address your grief. Check out the video here.
